I like them all. I have a degree in horticulture and get into long winded conversations about how there is no such botanical thing as a vegetable. There are roots, stems, leaves, ect which are actually what we're eating. Also, did you know potatoes are actually stems and not roots?
The only thing I really dislike is cabbage, and I have to be super specific and take it a step further, but reheated cabbage. The smell of refrigerated (and already cooked) brassica vegetables makes me gag. But I'll eat them if they're just prepared.
My favorites are raw broccoli, carrots, green beans, snap peas, tomatoes, raspberries, grapefruit, pears, and bananas.
