Awesome script, but is there a way to set a level-range based on the party level?

Like:

<level>

min 10

same(range 2)

max 20

</level>

That would mean, if the party-level is 13, the enemie could be level 11-15. If the party-level is 19, the enemie could be level 17-20.

This script is pretty awesome, but it causes a small amount of slow-down in my game as the last enemy attacks before the new turn comes around. I'm using the YEP plugins as well as the SV animated enemy plugin.

when i do battle..

i must hit enemy 2x-4x to kill it, but after i use the plugin, the enemy die just in one hit... :'(

Hmm I can try that, but I will note make a promise. There will an option for setting gamevariables so maybe you can use that.

Hmm that is weird, it should not change to much. Can you list which plugins you use?  In what order including this one. I will look at it cause that is a major problem.

For the ones that are interested, big change that I will bring out version 1.2 tomorrow. No promises though : P
It will have some bug fixes and a the way to set the tags based on gamevariables and my custom set.

Variables would be enough, even better cause I can adjust the range ingame then, thank you^^

I am using the YEP CoreEngine, BattleEngineCore, BattleAICore as well as the Passive States, Element Absorb, Element Reflect, Main Menu Manager, Message Core, Item Core, X Item Upgrade Slots, Skill Cooldowns, and the Action Sequence Packs 1, 2 and 3.  There's no slow-down when the monster leveler is turned off, but there is when the plugin is turned on.

Thanks I tried the same scripts after some changes and I did not get the slowdown, I hope I fixed it for you.

Interesting conflict: If placed below Vlue's gametime plugin, it will negate all script calls to set a specific time. However, when placed above, it will not do so.

Heads up for anyone using this and Yanfly's Battle Engine Core, be sure to place above Yanfly's Battle Engine Core or it seems to mess with Action Sequences.

Hi all,

Thanks for responding and taking your time with me. Also sorry for the late reaction, I only have like 2 days in the week to work in side projects like this.

First of all, My goal is to big this script usable with a lot of different ones. Yanfly and Yami are super important and I will try and fix all the bugs around it.

Eventually I just want that you can place this script after the Battle Engine core and plugins.

Heads up for anyone using this and Yanfly's Battle Engine Core, be sure to place above Yanfly's Battle Engine Core or it seems to mess with Action Sequences.

When used with the  Boss HP Bar Plugin, the increased HP aren't calculated into the bar, the gauge doesn't deplete till you reach the "normal" max HP of the boss.

E.g. Boss got 1000 HP, is Level 10 with 100 HP/ Level, you will need to deal 1000 damage before you actually see, that you are dealing damage.

is there a way to set same = average party level? if players figure out the leveling works then they can just put the lowest level actor as party lead and game the system that way

edit: im dumb, i only read the party leader part, asked and answered, thanx for the script

I am planning to write an extra enemy loot script soon and I want make it compilable with the monster leveller. So it will be coming but can't say when...

At the moment I am really busy with my study and job so I don't got a lot of time. I tested this script with all of Yanfly scripts up the visual HP bar and if you place my script at the bottom everything should work.

So Yanfly released the Extra Enemy drops. A nice script with a lot of options.

So my question to all of you is: Do you want that this plugin is compatible with that one? 

So that you can let the chance parameter be based on the base you fill in there and the amount of levels the monster has and the conditional drop list, so that a monster only drops an item if it is above/under or same as the level you want.

Let me know!
