I see. Unfortunately, I don't see an easy way to communicate my problem. Seems like I have to try to reach them by phone, but I assume the customer support won't be able to resolve the issue, either. They usually don't have the rights for things like that.
How come this is an issue, anyway? I've bought quite a few things from the web store, and this is the first time I'm experiencing problems. Can't Degica set up the product in the store again in the same way as all the other products that could be bought without problems? I'm not an expert on online shops, but since other products can be bought, it leads me to believe this one hasn't been set up properly or something like that?
