I took the basic resources and made some TV news recording out of them since I needed this for my game.
There is animations for turning the TV on (If you wanna turn it off just use the reversed animation).

EDIT: I fixed the slight TV movement u see in the gif.
U gonna have to do some event scripting to get this to work, But basically u can just take the basic Door script and replace the picture with the screen character for most basic functionality. If u want the TV to play in the background while u walk around like here (https://gyazo.com/f7a21685d9308ebf159697afc0d81759) just set the Event to parallel
I was searching for something like this but couldn't find anything, like this so I made it myself, the screen recordings are basic MV textures just mashed together except for the soviet cartoon which I took from some war time cartoon propagada movie.
