Is it possible to include meta tags as additional requirement notetags as well as them having contained the skill whether through learned or traits?

It could require an actor meta and / or class meta considering what meta tags you can put in an actor and / or class like <*unique weapon name*> and <2ndtier> for classes.

Like <require actor meta blade> or <require class meta 2ndtier> or <require skill id>.
