Game Crash Error

Anybody recognize this or know what needs to be done to fix it?

I have a player reporting this and it keeps crashing his game. 

I've test played through the area that the crash is happening many times over and it seems to work fine on my end.

Player has re-downloaded the game and transferred the file over to the new game folder but the problem still persists.

When is this happening?  Your game seems to be trying, and miserably failing to create a bitmap.

I request more informaiton about when the issue is happening etc. ^_^

The player goes into a room and speaks to a "shrine" that initiates a battle.

There are 5 of these shrines in total and from what I gathered, 3 of the 5 work fine, but two are crashing the game.

The events are built pretty much exactly the same.

The only thing I could think of that is causing the problem are these spike traps I have in the room itself:

The script call within the event is:

if ($game_player.x == @event.x and $game_player.y == @event.y); $game_party.members.each {|actor| actor.execute_floor_damage}; end;

^ damages player if they're standing on the spike when it's up.

I don't think it's the spike traps though since there are also visible encounters on the map and when the player goes into combat with one of them, it works just fine.

CORRECTION: Apparently the game crashes at every shrine. The events are literally just 2-3 lines of text and then a battle processing command so I have no idea why it's crashing the game :/

This kind of error usually occurs when the engine encounters problems while trying to load a resource. If it's only happening on the player's end, I'd assume that somehow a file has been corrupted during their download and/or extraction of the game. I'm not sure how they can fix it themselves though.

If you've encountered the same error yourself, then you can go into the script editor and put this just above line 106:

p pathAnd then test play the game with the console on. The console will then show you the exact file it was trying to load upon crashing.

@Hollow: You rule! I did that and found out that it was crashing upon trying to upload the battler. Somehow it got corrupted when being encrypted, and I made some adjustments and was able to stop the error from occurring. You are a LIFE SAVER! Thank you so very much.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
