Game crashes and freezes

In my RPG Maker MV game, I have encountered an issue where the screen will seemingly randomly freeze on one page.  When this happens I can still hear sounds and even click to do commands.  It will mainly occur in the menu and in battle.  Another issue is that my sound effects in battle will stop sometimes.  The battle music will play but the sound effects for ex slash physical will stop until the game is closed and reopened.  I'm very new to this kind of thing so any advice is appreciated.  I built it with Intel xdk and I'm currently just testing Android.

I'm experiencing the same thing still over six months later without any suggestions to a fix.

That is because thgis is usually not somethings caused by the engine, but by a mistake you have done in your game - and we need more info about it before we can even start helping you solve your problem.


Please make a new topic where you list more details about that game, including which core files it uses and which plugins, because such errors are usually game specific.


And please post that in MV Deployment, not in MV support (which is for development help)
