I realize this needs some (or a lot) of polishing, but I don't really know where to begin :\ Btw, it's supposed to be on top of a mountain. But yeah. What can I improve upon? Just add more details?

A comfy snowy area I whipped up - most of this area is optional to explore. Thoughts?

Also, you can fight and get your revenge on Santa Claus. So there's that. Merry Christmas, kiddies.
I like it a lot. It's stylized, but it looks well made!

EDIT: I guess I should give more feedback than that! (newbie)
I think the harsh black/white contrast is nice - and it makes your pops of color even more noticeable. Idk what else to say :s

@kaisielizen Are you happy with the general layout or does it feel off to you? I think before going to details you could maybe spice it up a bit. Is the mountain top flat or are there high and low points you could use to add a little diversity to the map? Is there any water, stream or well or fountain? Was there some city planning making things straight or did the housing/buildings grow up around something important? Do the people in the houses want fences or paths to visit each other? How would the differences between people affect the way they do their yard? Are there any places people go to hang out? What about shopping?

Thanks for the reply! adding more levels would probably be good. Also, I diiiid have plans to make an underground level, and that's where the missing things would be (shopping, scientists, etc.). But yeah... adding a bit more variety might help.

This here is lakeside woods. It's a wilderness area for the MC to venture in later in the game. It'll be decorated too, so no worries.
My concern is this.

This is lakeview village. To the South of the road is the entrance to lakeview woods. My concern is the different tileset usage. Will this distraught the player, or is this a common practice? I chose the oaks for more decoration is why.

I would find that weird, also I would find weird that you go from sandy road to grassy forest - the sandy road suddenly ends.

@Kes Well I'm starting to take screenshots and maps a bit more serious after my previous feedback. Glad to know there's a forum like this that exists.

I haven't posted here in forever but I was busy selling my soul to recreate all my graphics from the ground up. My character sprite still needs to be redrawn, so that's why he's all blurry atm.

Also I decided to make a finalized battle UI using Moghunter's plugins. On a character's turn a cut-in and action select ring will slide in, and then slide out when targeting an enemy or ally so its not obscuring the screen for the entire turn. I'm really happy with how everything is finally turning out! (also I decided to hand draw the character battle sprites, so that's fun too)

Hello people, long time no posting here again. Here is a new tavern/pub i did for my game, this one needed a lot more details than a regular dungeon or field so this one is a mix of custom and bought/free 3d assets.
I just dont have time to model furniture. xD
