I'm not sure why Hime is asking if you have a common event 22. Maybe that was a typo, or I've missed something in one of the posts. Since your comment says 26, do you have a common event 26? And did you try changing it to this, as suggested?

Yup, I tried.

Still not working even like that.

At this point, either way I'm doing something wrong, or this script just doesn't work to me.

Oh, don't know if it can make a difference, but I'm using yanfly's battle engine.

It works for me with yanfly's ace battle engine.


The comment looks correct.


Try it on a new project to determine whether it works there or not. It could be a compatibility issue with another script.
