Game put on Web doesn't play BGMs when you play on phone

I don't know if this an issue with Itchio or with rpgmaker, so I tried to ask in both places to know ^_^u

Basically I made a game to play on web on itchio, and it works on web and on phone, but when you play on the phone, the bgm music doesn't sound, but the sound effects do. It doesn't happend on web, and I was wondering if anyone might know by this happend?

I believe you need a different file format (M4A) for the bgm on phone. See if it works.
