Hello. There's a problem and I don't know if somebody has ever had it.
The bug is that when you change the games name through the database. It removes everything. Especially the tilesets.
But when I go to my database everything's there. Is there any way to fix this?

I dont have that bug though, what version of MV do you use?
because it would be very strange if it removes everything.

did you even save/apply befor making any changes?

This has nothing to do with this site, so

I've moved this thread to MV Support. Please be sure to post your threads in the correct forum next time. Thank you.

I dont have that bug though, but what version of MV do you use? -> what version of RPG Maker MV are you using?
because ->Because it would be very strange if it removes everything. -> that would be very strange if it just removes all the files and data from the game.

Did you even save/apply befor - > before making any changes?
MV Version 1.6.1.
I do save when I'm playtesting my game.

I use the same version, but no issue with it though.

Try creating a new project, call it for example "sample project"
than change the name there in the database and re-test if you get the same result as your current.
if it doesn't do anything, some files might be corrupt.

also, do you any plugins regarding to the editor?
or something that change some parameters? (im not sure if this can be the cause though)

There would be no plugins once I change up my idea of the game title. So I just will have to make new projects till I have the perfect game title I want.

please specify what exactly you're doing.

Upon creating a new project, the editor is programmed to set both game title and project folder to an identical name.
the game title will be stored in the system tab of the database, and changing it there will have absolutely no effect.
the project folder name is stored in the directory structure, and renaming the project folder through windows is guaranteed to have exactly the effect you're describing, because you should NOT change the project folder name at all (no matter how often you change the game title).

If you change the project folder name, the project becomes different for MV and you would have to re-open the project through the new folder structure to reload its resources.

Good lord this is taking forever, I'm not even out of the opening really and I've still got hours worth of work to do before I get to the main gameplay loop. Orphan of Time will probably be done some time next year, If I'm lucky.
Finally the new pc is working!! But it seems a lost my license to Windows 10 because of the hardware changing :(
Tune in next time for our newest Episode: "PC issues return! Palm uses every swear in the lexicon!"
gotta update my game project thread page later
So trying out Ultra Mode 7 was a bad idea. How do I not include this in my game? XD
