Game will not load in Itch.io

Exactly what the title says.
When I enter the game page, The "made with MV" will pop up, then the menu, like normal, but once I press "start", I'm stuck on the loading screen.
I exported my game for browser, and I put the "www" folder into a .ZIP, so I'm not sure what happened.
I'm not using any plugins either, or have any "special" file names (issue I fixed)

EDIT: Should also say that I've tried playing the game on Chrome, Firefox and Excel, and all are the same, so I'm pretty sure It's not a browser issue.

does the game play if you doubleclick the index.html in your output folder?
some browsers block this by not allowing local file access - that is a different error.

but you should test if it is the game itself that has the problem, or if it happens because the upload is changed by itch.io

I downloaded it for Windows (not sure why I didn't do that before), and there's an error (Failed to load) for one of my tilesets. Is there a way to fix this?

Press F8 and check what error it is and send a screenshot on that, I think that would be the best way to solve this

F8 doesn't seem to work, the only info I have is this,

is there any other way for me to check? I've used F8 before and it worked fine, so I'm not sure what happened here

"Failed to load" can only have three reasons:
1) the file isn't there
2) the file is named differently
3) the folderpath to the file or the file itself breaks networking rules

given your error message my bet is #2.
a2_custom.png and A2_Custom.png are two different filenames for everyone but Windows.

If you have a reference to A2_Custom.png inside your project and the file is in reality called a2_custom.png, then ONLY Windows will load the wrong file - all other operating systems will correctly report that the file A2_Custom.png has failed to load.

You were completely right, I checked the folder and it was A2_custom I changed it and it works now!!!! Thank you so much
