Gameboy graphics?

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I thought it would be great to make a gameboy-like game, but I'm not so great at art - has anyone made any packs like this?

But as far as I can tell, nothing ever came of it. I tried searching here on the site but didn't find anything else that was like this, as in really gameboy-looking. Am I just bad at searching?

I'm not interested in music, just graphics and maybe useful scripts.

Old School pack has a bit of that retro Gameboy flair.

You mean the original Gameboy with 4 colors and 8x8 tiles?  I don't know of anything that restricted that's formatted for RPG Maker but if you're willing to do that yourself this set I found over at Open Game Art could work.  Or there's this tileset that has 16x16 tiles and a 4 color restriction.

Thanks, I saw that but it didn't seem so... gameboy-ish. More like a smooth SNES maybe.

Yeah, like that, although of course it doesn't have to be exactly 8x8 - as long as the look stays the same (meaning, four colours and the same style haha!). Thanks for those links, I had found some other pixel-art sites but they had been just art in general instead of art meant for use in games.
