Game's Resolution resize during gameplay

Is there a plugin that prevents resolution's scale resize? Some would accidently resize the game's screen during playthrough, and can't remember the default scale and might end up resizing it to a smaller scale. And we'd usually close the game, and turn it back on to it's default scale.

I always decrease the scale when I intend to avoid/decrease lags. Thank you for taking this option from me
