Eternal Sonata after hearing the first piece of dialogue

but no in seriousness I wept at FFX and then ten times more at most of the end of MGS4. (and also in MGS2 with that DAMN PARROT. '...Hal?' *WEEPS*)
What's wrong with Eternal Sonata :p ? I'm playing it right now (Japanese voices) with subs and I think the dialogue is solid.

@Tsukitsune, oh don't get me wrong, from a gameplay standard it's awesome fun, it's just so cheesy!

Meh cheesy is such a subjective term :p , some parts in the game I feel might be cheesy but overall I think the dialogue is quite right.

Dragon Quest VIII. The deaths of the sages, but especially for Marta:

(It works better when you've played and seen scenes prior to this, but it's still heartbreaking ;_; )

Also, a few scenes in Final Fantasy IX, mainly the ending though.

Pretty much any game with a sad scene will result in me tearing up, because I'm a huge sobbing baby, but Lost Odyssey made me into a veritable faucet of tears and snot. In addition to the soul-crushing story scene near the end of disc 1, the game is peppered with vignettes from the main character's life, detailing people he's met who have long since passed on.

...honestly, it depends on the day. Sometimes I'll be all "YO MAN I DON'T EVEN HAVE FEELINGS", but other days literally every game will make me cry for some reason.

Like the music in some childhood favourite games of mine (I thiiiink it was either Zelda or Donkey Kong) made me cry once, I'm not even ****ting you. I am that much of a gushy bag of feelings sometimes. OTL

Lost Odyssey.

When those two kids' mother died and those optional cutscene you can choose at the title menu...I can't remember anything XD
The ending of pokemon mystery dungeon Blue Rescue Team...It was very sad in the beginning of the cutscene but then it became touching..

Final Fantasy 4

Death of Palom and Polom ;__;
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Rings of Fate

(Can't remember where but I'm sure I did lol )

Final Fantasy 13-2

(The ending and it happened a few days ago  )

Final Fantasy 6

(A few places ;) )

I think there might be more -_- ...

Yeah I'm a bit of a crybaby

Especially considering Earthbound was so lighthearted.
I've gotta play Mother 3 one of these days. Despite how lighthearted it was, I got a little bit misty when I beat Earthbound. I mean, you defeat Giygas, and you can go around the world and talk to everyone. The amount of dialogue they added to a lot of those locations amazed me.

When I first beat it, I talked to EVERY NPC I could. I searched every nook and cranny, because I didn't want it to be over... And then you get back home, and you see the Credits roll. Like waking up from a good dream.

It's definitely extreeeeemely cheesy (especially with the english voices), but it's forgivable given the awesome music and the good gameplay. The mid-chapter segments where they talk about chopin's life are also really good.

Mass Effect (I don't care how horrible the ending was, I was just disappointed that after all the DLC is released I wouldn't see any of my favourite characters anymore, and my Shepard was forever gooooooone ;A;)

and The Walking Dead. Ouch. That entire final chapter just hurt. I mean, really, really, hurt. Not too many other games though. Portal 2 almost made me cry, mainly just reentering all of the old sections of Aperture and listening to Cave Johnson slowly get weaker touched my heart. It hurts to see(or in this case, hear) someone gradually dying. I know someone personally who was in that state, so it hit right home. Doesn't help that he was my favourite character in Portal.

Diablo 3, when I realized I had actually paid money for it.
What, you mean you don't think you should have to connect to the internet to play the single player game that you didn't get for free and had to pay real money for? Why in heaven's name would you have that idea? ;)

Oh, and Pikmin had me teary-eyed at a few points, particularly the bad ending.

End of Halo 4 when Cortana gets to finally touch Master Chief Q_Q End of FF7: Crisis Core when Zack dies and gives Cloud the Buster Sword. And the end of FF10 when Yuna desperatly whistles for Tidus to come back! DX

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
