Getting an event to pause

So I recently started to play with plugins and such watching tutorials from Yanfly and I've managed to set up a little test game (based on FNAF for fun)

I'd like the flashlight to make the event on map (Bonnie) to freeze in place and wait for a set amount of time before continuing trying to get to the player. 


The set up I have makes him wait, but it also freezes the player in place too. 


This is the same with the mask, however I'd like both player and the event (bonnie) to still be moving, just disable Bonnie from doing his actions.


I think im missing one tiny detail and I dont see any tutorials about this. Can anyone lend a hand?

Make a different page on the Bonnie event, which has Bonnie move like normal, but has no ways for him to do his actions. Then, have a switch, say: MaskOn, and when the switch MaskOn is ON, have Bonnie switch to that event page. I hope this helped. :D

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
