Hey there, I'm working with custom fixed images for parallax background for my maps.
I'm wondering if there's a way to make the character(s) be smaller or bigger on the screen depending on the perspective of the X axis. So that when they are far away they are slightly smaller than on the front, otherwise the perspective looks a bit ****ed.
The only thing that comes to mind is dividing the maps in regions depending on the axis height and maybe launch and a change player sprite event each time the player walks over?
