Giant Carrot in Ground or Lettuce Tiles for MV

I'm looking for some giant versions of these:

in the Mack style, please.

These are for tiles about 48x48 pixels.

I've looked everywhere, and even tried doing it myself, but I haven't found anything after almost half a day of on and off searching, and I don't really have the skill to make something like that. This is kind of a last ditch effort to see if there is anything at all.
(Just to clarify because my tired paranoid brain is tired and paranoid, I would prefer one of each, not all four in the original tiles.)

Sorry, I probably should have been more specific, I meant twice the size of the player, if that makes sense. (Really sorry if this is annoying)
