Hi

This should be an easy one.

I have tried to fix it myself and searched in this forum but no luck.

I´m trying to create street light´s or glowing light´s indoors and outdoors with Pop Horror city tileset. They have it in the screenshots of "pop horror city" http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/a/vexed-enigma/pop-horror-city

Hope that someone can help and that it´s not to complicated. :)

in the characters folder there is a folder with lights, you should just need to event it over the bulbs on the lamps and set it to a stepping animation

There's a picture of the setup that comes with the graphics, in the section of pictures called the "Overlay Lighting Example Usage" that has the settings that you need to use.

Try to change the blend mode of the picture.

I´m really grateful for your responses. :)

Hmm, the glowing light pictures are in animations so I'm really confused how to use them. I tried different ways but I can really figure it out.

I one of the screenshots it´s almost there but how do I get one glow and why are there several of them in the picture?

Ok, so I tested a little more and I think I figured it out.

It was the amination thing but I just needed to add "blend mode" in "set movement route".

Gonna tinker a little bit with it but at least I'm on the right track now.

I´ve been trying forever... So thanks a lot for the help everyone  :)

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
