Unfortunately 'anime soundtrack' isn't all that descriptive, since there are so many out there. It would be helpful if you linked some examples, like some youtube videos of some of your favorites.
You could look through General Resources and check out the different music threads there, but without more details it'll be hard for anyone to suggest actual tracks.
there are a lot of good, free japanese blogs dedicated to sharing royalty free music on the web. that's probably the closest you're going to get to free "anime" music, since it was actually made by japanese people. some of my favorites are ontama and hmix. of course, you're going to need to abide by these people's terms of service, and it just so happens that slimmmeiske2 is translating these terms for your convenience.
Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
