This thread is for your official personal entries to the contest - i.e. entries that count toward individual prizes.

Your entries may be in form of maps, resources or mini-games. You may include as many as you'd like, but please keep them all in a single reply (makes it a bit easier on our judges). If you've used material you did not personally create, please include a credit list.

Our judges will also be looking at the armory and headquarters for each team.

Submissions end at 12:00pm PST on Friday, Oct 30th (that's 8:00pm GMT).

Whats the difference between personal entries and once done for the team? cause i mean, i just wasted 4 days making a minigame for the good v evil thing, but it wasnt really for anyone in particular :)

Several of the things created for the event were collaborative efforts - which makes them a bit more challenging for individual prizes.

If you made the entry by yourself (whether it's for the team, the event or just for fun), post here. If it's a collaborative effort, leave it in your HQ. :)

So I'll be submitting my own series: the Evil Office of Doom, as true evil is not found in battlefields, but safely hidden away in corporate offices...

First of all, the Evil office of Doom itself, where Lawyers plots evil lawsuits and Traders work on agressive illegal IPO on good companies

the Red glasses one is myself, Evil Nitencandyman, CEO of Evil inc. The green haired guy is Dark lawyer, the woman is Dark Trader, my minions.Also in blacksuit is Chalkdust (credit, Chalkdust for his sprite)

 

Second Map of the series, the Lunch Money Heist.

Using blood magic ritual, our birdmages have opened a portal to their vault. 

The Office of Doom team is moved to seize the Lunch Money, while our evil accountant Bonbon calculated the profits.

Their guards were knocked powerless, and while Banquo prepares an Indian Burn on the unconscious Elmer, Taarna is about to give Terrence the nastiest Wedgie.

Sprite: Evil Office team (NitenCandyman), Banqo (credit Banqo) Taarna (Credit Chalkdust), the Infamous Bonbon (Credit Bonbon) Birdmages (Credit Chalkdust)

Third map of the series: enjoy the spoils of war

After a successful heist on Team Good's Lunch Money, the Evil Office Of Doom used the profit to upgrade to RPG maker MV and upgrade the office itself.

Fourth Map of the series



Nero's Palace (because Caesar wasn't evil enough).

in pure Nero's fashion, we had a whole village burnt to build it.

Sadly, Real life kicked in and the Nero's palace is not fully open for business yet. If I can overhaul this before the contest, I'll edit.

The Evil Office of Doom team was also part of a minigame made by Cvrtis, where Snix was trapped in an endless loop. Give it a try.

I've created some sprites for collaborative works (a couple for a minigame someone else is making and one for the Snix event). Do they count as collaborative or as individual?

I also made an attempt at a flag for the first blitz event. Should I post that?

Terms of Use: Please do not use any of the busts outside of your personal character out of this event. This means that you are free to use them in your mini-game's or what have you. I have spoken to the owners of each character and have gotten their permission to post them/use them in Ms. Littlefish's game. If you'd like to use them for your own mini-game, shoot me and the original owner a message for permission.

Scripts:

I made a script called Goddess's Light. (more info on original post)Get it over here (or, direct link)

Features:

- Show a resurrection option on gameover with customizable HP/MP restores

- Allows for a common event to be run after gameover (this is primarily for showing the resurrection animation, but can be used for other things as well)

- Allow for a divine makeover of the game_end screen

- Allow for the blessing of the Goddess to be bestowed in the form of stat-boosting or common-event calling items. (this can be disabled)

Script will not work as-is, you have to define where the goddess images should be. More info in original thread.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
