Googleplay wont publish my game

So, I published my game to google play using only the included RTP, plug ins etc from the Trial RPG MAKER MV software
then they rejected my game they said I am using copyrighted material, then I show to them the rpg maker webpage in the part
that says that I have permission from rpg maker enterprise to make and share any game I make, they just told me this in another email:

"We were not able to validate your account's relationship to the original content or brand owner (http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/). In order for us to process your appeal, please reply with verifiable documentation that your application is authorized. Please be advised we will not be able to respond or reinstate your application without the above documentation."

I think this must be solved soon, because I wont be the first to upload RPG MAKER MV into google play, and all their works will be
rejected.

Ps, I put the game for free so just imagine what will happends if someone will put his game for sale.

By "uploading to Google Play" are you indicating that you are asking money for your game?  If that's the case, you don't have the right to do that with the trial version.

Once you purchase it you could copy the EULA which says you are able to make, distribute and sell games using the default resources.

Shaz as I already said, it was a free game, and also explained in the info of the game that is some sort of demo so everyone can test the new rpg maker mv in android

Seems to me regardless if you charge for it or not, you created it with the trial version and as such you do not own the rights to publish it at all...

Indeed. From a copyright perspective, The trial EULA likely had stipulations about what can be done with it. Unfortunately accessing that EULA isn't possible outside of Windows, and it's likely Google Play people are using locked down hardware they can't install software onto just to see it.

Likewise.... and I mean this not-so-snarkily, there are NO LICENSE files nor are there COPYRIGHT NOTICES in the files provided by RPG MAKER MV, which makes it dubious that the rights are available and what version of MV it was made with.

how can I be sure that I will be able to sell a game in google play when I get the licensed version?

Note the EULA says VX ACE, regardless of which product you are looking at.

That is the software part. The RTP has it's own license. Now remember that the RTP is integrated in MV. So you're looking at a combination of things until the website people actually update the information. The EULA in the help file is pretty much the same as above.

I got response at last from RPG Maker staff:

"Thank you for contacting RPG Maker Customer Support!
 

You are not able to use the trial to distribute games Free or Commercial.

If you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us again."


Now I will buy the License and then republish the game, I hope I wont have more problems in google play after.

I just paid for the rpg maker mv and publish to google play but I got a message from google .

Your app is in violation of the intellectual property and impersonation or deceptive behavior provisions of the Content Policy.

Now I am trying to send my order confirm to google play to prove im not using trial version :/

should I remove all the resouces or do something ?

Hey, sorry. Random question. I want to upload a demo of my game. Its very unfinished, but I need feedback aswell as help from other RPG makers. First off, I want help with free movement and to finish my current ABS, its awkward and doens't feel very finished. So I need someone to test out my game. How / where can I upload the demo? I'm sort of new to this. I worked a lot with RPG maker 2000 and 2003 back when I was younger, but I just recently picked it up again.
