@FreyaSolaris - I did not get the notification for your post. Apologies for that. I do remember you and your resource request post for a drake sprite. So far good work on modifying my Lindwyrm sprite for four legs. The side walk animation looks a little strange though. I am not sure what that part is along the back and tail. It makes it a little strange.

I am back with more sprites! I thought I was going to be able to continue on right after the Advent but life came up and crashed over my head mid December. I have since been more recently trying to tackle some projects I've had sitting half finished in my folders. Today, I am dropping a colorful and fun bird to help expand the animal kingdom in anyone's game--the beautiful Peacock!

I simply adore this bright and beautiful bird for it's flashy colors. They can easily be dropped into a game as a farm animal, where the player character must collect their tail feathers. The amazing @Avery has an incredible peacock tail feather icon that can be used in this regard. If a peacock farm isn't your thing, than the Peacock could be used as a status symbol in the local mayor or king's front yard to show off his wealth or simply dropped as a neutral animal to wander around your maps to add some flair.

Whatever your desire, I hope the Peacock sprite inspires!

Those are lovely! Any thoughts of a version with the train spread? Or a downward-facing animation of spreading?

@ATT_Turan - That is something that I was considering doing in the future. Given how large the feather train's are when they are spread, I was considering upping the peacock sprite to a large for the open feather train and doing that secretly during the animation phase. Or I keep it all on the default size for simplicity sake. Not sure which approach to take yet.

I have another bird to drop today, but this one hails from a much colder climate than the peacock. Introducing the adorable Puffin! This tiny bird loves to hang around on cold northern cliffs and island shores where they feed on fish and just look plain adorable. I have it on good authority from my young son that it is cute enough to cuddle and should be a plushie. (I haven't told him that there is certainly a plushie though, so shhh!) Please enjoy populating your next northern beaches and harrowing cliffs with colonies of these birds!

Happy April 1st, community!:rheh:

Today I decided to drop a terrifying monster from the Wind Elemental family, the dreaded Invisible Stalker! These terrible wind elementals are unseen creatures, sometimes portrayed in video games as little more than wisps of shadows on the ground as they dart up to the players and strike! Now the RPG community can implement these dreadful elementals into their games too! The design was a bit trifling to come up with~however!~I preserved in the endeavor! It may be by far the hardest sprite I have come up with yet. Below I have supplied the Invisible Stalker with and without a shadow base, for those that prefer their sprites with or without.

:ptea:

I'm laughing so hard right now at that Invisible Stalker joke. I wonder if I should do something like that myself next year.

It has been a hot minute since last I posted. Glad to see how many people enjoyed the Invisible Stalker joke at the start of this month. The joke was made even funnier by the wonderful @Avery with that collab work, thank you for that Avery! It had been rolling with laughter!

On another note and the reason for this posting, I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be doing some work on my main thread over the next few days. Due to an image limit wall I hit on the main page of this thread I plan to break the thread down into separate entities. The first and obvious choice is to remove the fan base Transformer graphics/chars/tileset, icons from the main page and have a thread dedicated to it all of its own. I do not plan to go through previous updates and delete those. I am going to let those stay on this thread, but I am simply removing the images from the main front page.

That was all. I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!

With this map, I tried to emulate a Gameboy Color/Advance style.
Hacknet's a hypocritical game.
It's a game about hacking... that's been made in Net framework and the code was left unobfuscated.
So it's a game about hacking that's vulnerable to hacking.
The irony. :p
