Probably the most guilty pleasure thing I have is sexual so I won't say it...
On the other hand, I have a few I can share. I also like Once Upon A Time (but I got turned off by the 4th or second half of the 3rd season (it was hard to keep track) and ended up not watching it anymore. I think it is an awesome show, but it is based on Disney and I hate Disney, but it feels more like what Disney should be... But it is also a soap opera where some of the things are just not realistic but I just like how it is all about positivity in a dark world (although it stays dark too much in my opinion).
Surprisingly, I may not have any with video games. Maybe you could count me playing RPG Maker games that people would typically complain about, but I don't believe I should feel guilty for it. I like art that is considered amateur or just bad because it shows the humanity of a person (but it does depend on style still).
I guess I could also say Marvel vs Capcom Infinite is a guilty pleasure because I know how much people hate it and it does have some amateurish design problems, but overall it is a really great competitive fighting game, arguably the best and I wish it had gotten more DLC characters.
Lastly, I might have a new and powerful guilty pleasure with Final Fantasy Tactics Battleground on Twitch, where you can basically gamble (between two teams so the odds aren't that bad) and even have a character with your name participate in a fight and give you experience points. I don't know how the bot-oriented nature of the chat/viewer engagement works yet, but I still can just waste so many hours on it. Unlike SaltyBet (which is similar and maybe involved with the same people) you don't have to use an external website to bet. You can also educate yourself before battles happen if you are sharp enough.
I also used to watch a ton of Ocarina of Time randomizer (I probably will start with Majora's Mask when that becomes more complete/common) but I got tired of watching it and it now has no value most of the time. I realized that randomizing a game makes it lose its meaning since there is no intention behind it. I probably would be hooked again if people started tailor making switched up versions of the game where challenges compound together effectively.
