Have downloaded RPGM MV, product key not working

I recently purchased RPG Maker MV and received the download and the product key, but the product key fails to work. I tried sending email to support with no response a week ago.


The software is currently running in trial mode on an airgapped Windows 7 machine that cannot be linked to the internet for security reasons. However, all attempts to use the manual offline unlock option result in error messages.


If anyone here has run into similar issues, help would be most appreciated!

please type in the product key - some users reported that there is an invisible codeletter in the email that prevents the key from working if you copy&paste

Hi Andar!


Tried that already - I am kinda forced to anyway because, like I said before, the machine this software is running on is not connected to the internet so no way to copy and paste anything from an email to the RPGMaker code prompt.


I've typed the code with and without the dashes and I still get an error message.

Then you have to send a support ticket by the support link top right.


And unfortunately due to the current workload it'll probably take a few days before you'll get an answer from Degica - but they're the only ones who can check your key and your key email.

Im having this same issue with no reply. I've tried everything I can think of. You're not alone!

I have the same problem, I sent stuff to the support link top right too, noone answers, also there is no catagory for MV in the top right link so I tried other, maybe thats why noone answers.

I just sent my THIRD ticket to these people in as many weeks after not receiving a single response from anyone who works at this company, not even a response telling me when I should expect to get the matter resolved or with a ticket number.  It has gotten to the point to where I am planning to ask PayPal to stop the payment entirely because I don't like the idea of being charged for a product that is functionally worthless to me, especially if tech support is ignoring their customers.

Winkr, you will find that there is now a category for RPGMaker MV.  Try submitting again and maybe adding enough voices to the choir will get our concerns heard!
