I'm so sorry if this is in the wrong fourm...
So, I want to showcase my game to you guys but recording issues is stopping me from doing so!
As many people recommended OBS to record RPG Maker MV games, I've decided to get it and try it out. But, unfortunately, whenever I try to record, the game lags out a ton. I've changed the Video and Advanced settings in OBS (https://gyazo.com/70a5ad7eaf1206d287d034055dee24b3.png and https://gyazo.com/46a50cd826f03bce60ce899548850626.png) and even temporarily removed some plugins (the PreloadManager plugin and an audio fix plugin) that I thought could cause OBS and RPG Maker to hate each other, but nope. Doesn't work.
Also, I tried CamStudio, but the audio was terrible and it looked like a GIF, so nevermind that.
What should I do? Is it necessarily my computer or should I use a different program? Should I change some of my settings? Thanks so much!!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
