Hei! is Norwegian for 'Hello, how are you, nice to meet you, and hope you are well!'
So I say hei-hei, and I joined the forums, because I like so much of what I read here,
and the people talk nice to eachother and show support, and I like when people are decent and write nice.
I am a Christian Norwegian artist, living in Norway together with my wife, who is a graphic designer from the beautiful and magic city of Beijing, China.
I started using VX Ace last year, I have been in China for 6 months, and sat at daytime when my wife was at work doing a game in VX Ace.
I buy a lot of resources for VXAce and so I really should complete a game in that one, even if I have also purchased the MV.
I think MV is super, and I like it!
I also think VX Ace is super!
Some things are much better in MV, such as easy use of plugins,
and screensize obviously,
and this and that, many things to be positive about.
I also think VX Ace has many things to love about it,
and since I have so many resources for VX Ace now, I want to do my first public game there,
so I feel I get full value for the money
Changing resources in size is doable, some charactersprites get a black line in the middle when converting,
but I guess I can fix that manually with a bitmap editor.
Well, I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself and say something nice and true at the same time.
I make music and graphics, so I can always make my own game-music and title screens.
I am not much of a drawing fellow, so drawing battlebacks is not going to happen I think
Maybe some icons I can make later, I can happily share if I make something nice.
If you decide to use some of my art, like icons or music or whatnot, a credit is required,
I will credit everyone I have used material from, when gamecredit is shown.
That includes scripts and helpful tutorials also that I have watched on Youtube.
You people do great work, and I thank you for keeping people up when they want to give up.
Best wishes for the future of RPG Maker and the family of game makers,

PS: adding a small Musicpiece I called 'Theoden', good for game overs
Use it if you like it!
