hello need help with my sprites i want to do commissions to make sprites for people for pay

but am I allowed to use the dlc i paid for to do that it says in the stuff I am not allowed to redistribute the pieces but can I use the pieces to make a sprite for pay for people?

no

any commission can only be done when you have the licence for all component, INCLUDING the licence to sell rights to the component use.
You can't even sell edits of the RTP, only give them away and only to people who have the rights to the RTP purchased as well.

And paid commissions usually have the agreement to be original work pieces, you would have to specifically state if you're selling edits.

then that someone else is also wrong in doing this, or you looked wrong.

only the original artist can use those pieces, and there have only been two artists ever who got an exception to be allowed to charge for edits (and those artists were both official Degica Employees at that time).

Just to reiterate, you cannot sell edits of the RTP or most paid DLC (read the EULA of each DLC).
