Hey guys...I've been checking out the forums and even made a couple of postings but I realized that I haven't yet actually introduced myself. You guys can just call me Rogues...I began with the rpg maker 2003 version not long ago and fell in love with this software. I've been learning to code for several months and immediately wanted to jump into making games, with an rpg foremost in my mind. I spent countless hours with game engines like unity, phaser, and superpowers before stumbling across rpgmaker. Now that I've found it, there's no going back. I worked on a game i the older version and have about 4 hours of playable game. I learned a lot from making it but have abandoned it and purchased the mv software and begun anew.
I'm working on my own game called Ages Lost...and in the very early stages. I'm kind of a noob with the
plug-ins and figuring out how to make complicated features like cut in scenes etc but I feel like things are progressing nicely. So beyond this introduction, I'd like to say hello to everyone and I'm pleased to be a new member of your awesome community.
