    Hello everybody!

Sorry for this belated introduction from myself!

Lets get started... My name's André, I'm from Germany, and a big fan of RPG's of all kind. I started to love RPG's after my first start of Secret of Mana and that only increased with games like Baldurs Gate, or Dragon Age Origins. Since I was 15 my dream was to one day design my own game, but because of several reasons it took me until I was 29 in December 2018 to finally make up my mind. So, in January I bought MV and started to play around.

At first I wanted to just start to work right away on my big vision of a game, but 2 weeks later I put that on hold. As I learn new things each day. And I want my big vision to be as perfect as it can be.

I have a world, characters, plot etc all worked out already as I started to gather stuff for a book.

So the current plan of me is to release 5-6 smaller games, that serve as a kind of prologue to the big vision. "Tales" with different main characters, that introduce the character classes, the world, important NPC's etc.

So, I'm looking forward to read more from all of you guys, and to share my experiences, my screenshots, days of frustration :p etc with you, and as soon as I have a playable demo ready, I will post it in the "games in development" section :)

Until then, happy game making ;)

    Welcome and have fun!
As for making games the advice you'll see pop up most is start small and finish a game first (even if it's a bad one) before taking on a big project.
The idea of smaller introductory games could serve this purpose well though, so good luck :)

Making many small part for a project is a really good way to stay motivated and get feedback.
