So, I used the very first RPG Maker 2000 back when it was released, even if I switched to 2003 soon after. Decided to join after seeing the MZ "(un)reveal", and see what I've been missing since 2003.

I see a number of things haven't annoyingly changed, like arbitrary integer values for XP, stats and something else, but I notice some new welcome matters, such as being able to devise your own damage formulas! Even if they aren't very elaborate to be honest. And plugins, ofc, such a surprise.

Wow.
Yeah, quite a lot has changed since 2003, lol. I could never go back now.

And yet some incredibly irritating things arw still there, namely arbitrary decisions over XP tables and levels.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
