RPG Maker Forums
Well... Hi. My name is AoD, AoDLegacy, and I decided to sit down and properly introduce myself to the forums. In hindsight I should have done that a long time ago 
So anyway, I'm an aspiring indie developer working mainly with RPG Maker XP (I can hear the groans now), with possible intentions to move to XV/Ace given I ever release one of my XP titles.
My strengths as a developer are
Music: (Downloading my music is one thing (fine) just don't ever use it without my express written permission.)
Graphics/Illustration

I'm also a story writer, and have many different game/story ideas I'd be happy to work with people on.
I like anime, books, video games, the whole nine yards. If anyone is ever interested in working on a project or wants an opinion on anything, I'm more than happy to put in some input! My favorite story genres are typically fantasy, but I love a good mystery and sci fi as well. I am not good at battlers for humans, but most monsters are usually fine, I work best as an illustrator, I can color pretty decently most lineart.
Hope to talk/meet with some people on here soon~! I'm usually around the computer pretty frequently so I'm fairly quick to respond to anything.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
