Help Creating a Bust based off of a Faceset

Hello,

I have tried to create a bust for the face below but everything I produce looks a little wonky to me; so I was hoping I might be able to find someone that can help me extend the faceset picture out to create a bust for this character:

Size:
Looking for a bust that is 450x450

Face:


Example of the type of bust I am looking for:
(Can be any pose; this is just to get a better idea of scale)
