Help Editing a Sprite

Hi folks,
 
I'm looking for some help in editing a sprite. I managed to piece one together using some of Mack's materials (via Frankenspriting), but need some help for the final product. I would like a cloack to be put on the charater, and have provided an example of what I would like it to look like.

The issue I ran into was that the cloak is designed for an adult Mack sprite, rather than a child. It's a relatively simple edit, I'm sure, but I'm struggling with it.
