I don't know what is the big problem... Even I put "X" on edges tileset.

Could we possibly see a screenshot of the tile passabilities you've set in the database?

From a glance, I imagine there is a tile on the upper layer with O set as the passability which overrides the lower layer.

And are you absolutely sure you didn't place _anything_ else on that tile?

Delete it and put it down again to be sure... it happens.

Or just use the upper left tile on the B tileset to draw over those few tiles, and as Lunarea said, make sure that has a star as its passability.
