Help me can i use this Hospital Tileset by japanese person?

I was looking for hospital tileset for my apocalypse project using RMMZ engine, then i found this epic hospital tileset.
but the problem i can`t read japanese. I looking for information about it, some giving me info, that i can use the tileset as long as I give a credits name to Asato.

my Question is.
1- is this true that i only need to give credits name to Asato?
2-can I using this Tileset in MZ Project?
3-can i edit this tileset (resize)

well, I'll quote the term of uses section:
"Since it is a completely original material, it can be modified, changed in color, and used for purposes other than RPG Maker. Also, when using it, please write the name of this site 'サ ボ テ ン の 花 言葉' (Cactus Flower Language ) or the creator 'Asato' in the readme.

If you use google chrome browser it auto translates sites for you: Here is what it says at the bottom in translated english

But yes, you can use it in MZ, you can resize it just fine and you need to credit them. The only thing you can't use without owning VX/VXAce on that page is the wheelchair sprite where a VX(Ace) character is riding it. (The empty wheelchair is okay to be used.)

thank you everyone, thats the answer i looking for.
the wheel chair is forbidden for me cuz i didn`t own legal copy of VX, so i can use the rest.
thank you... for the safest i won`t use any wheel chair in the project.
