Help Regeneration in battle

Hello everyone!

I need help from you, how can I make my character regenerate every second, but inside the battle? When I'm struggling to regenerate every second, it's obviously 120 frames, if you could help me.

I only have the one that regenerates out of battle.

Common events only run when you're on the map, not when you're in battle.

I'm sure there are plugins around that will let you run common events when in battle.

through a troop event running each turn for all characters, or more to the point, editing the battle system itself.
