[help] Removing items from menu.

I am working on a game that uses the falco pearl abs liquid v3

In the esc menu there is 
 

Items

skills

equipment

status

formation

I want to remove skills, equipment, formation and status

I want to change items to inventory.

and on the falco pearl abs liquid v3 players can access equipment from N how can i add that to the esc men.

Also pressing M will open a menu. How do i disable this?

Sorry for all the questions. Hope someone can help.

Does it change the menu from the original one? I don't see a download on the page, only one for the demo which is too time consuming.
