My intention is make a Image map and use in game, which the player will not be able to move freely.

Basically, the player can travel around the world map by fast travels, and stop in the cities (which will have a normal map).

But I have some doubts that right now makes me impossible to create that map!
-How do I make player travel? (I wish something more complicated than a dialogue chat that teleports the player to the location!)
-How do I make random events during the travel?
-Its possible to use only the mouse on world map?
-My game will work with multiple companions that the player can recruit with time. But when the player goes to campaign map I wish to remove all sprites (or will be bugged or strange). Ok, but when the party goes to a city, how I can make the game know which character(sprite) was leading, and return the char sprite?

-Any suggestions are welcome.

If someone could help me, I would be very grateful! Thanks!

While this may not be what you are looking for, I've implemented a sort of interactive map in one of my games.

Basically, I am using a background render I created and restrict player movement by YEP region restrict. The arrows are activated by player touch and relocates player to designated places.

Random events could be done via dice rolls.

Nice map! But I'm thinking to give to player more freedom, and show some infos by the mouse movement or selection!

You are about to cross the boundaries (limitations) of RPG Maker engine here. You will need plugins that don't exist. You will need to pay/hire someone to do it.

Or choose a different engine, like Unity. Unity can easily duplicate what you are looking for.

Yes, I know that seems ambitious, but I dont expect crate the same, just a model to adapt to RMMV!

Take a look at TDDP_MouseSystemEx. It has been used to successfully implement point and click elements (and world maps) in the current project I'm working on. Set a background parallax, don't add any tiles, and place a bunch of events with no image where you want things to activate.

i managed it like cyanic said, with a parallax background and events for the locations, plus yanfly grid free doodads for some details. Also TDDP mouse system doesnt seem to be up to date, but there is Qtouch as an alternative.
I did something similar to eiyuu senki or sengoku rance (strategy rpg) with just eventing so a mount and blade kind of interactive world map is definitely doable.

Now that I made this "What the MZ RTP is missing" spreadsheet it's itching me to fill some the gaps D:
Aaaaand I completely forgot about the RMMV Chicken Rave my brother decided to implement in a parody of my VERY FIRST UNFINISHED project. We could not escape the chicken rave... The chickens would block the ladder...
I love how I can look up a problem I'm having with my game, find a post from like six years ago that addresses the issue, and the solution provided still works in RPG Maker.
It's times like those that my life feels really easy XD
