Hi there!

I decided to start a campaign on *******. But I don't know how this crowdfunding platform works.

I have two questions for ******* veteran users:

1. How the pledges are charged from patrons? I set mine for each creation, but I'm a bit confused with this.
2. I decided to give Steam Keys of my game for patrons of a certain Tier, but I don't know if they send the patrons email for me or not.

The page is already live, but I need to know certain details before publishing it around.

Payment per creation means that the patrons are only charged once the whatever product you're creating has been finished and delivered to them. It doesn't have to be a one-time thing. It can be on-going, say you're making a book series or something, every time you release the new part, they get charged. This is different to the per monthly payments, where patrons pay a certain amount every month, regardless of how much progress you've made, but at the same time, this gives them access to some sort of a monthly reward, like early access preview, or some small free gift delivered digitally.

And how do I do this? How do I let them know it was finished and delivered to receive the money?

Edit: Nevermind that.

Another question... Is there any automated way to deliver things to patrons (i.e.: One Steam Key for each patron of the specified Tier?)

I might be wrong, but I don't think there is. Some stuff can be delivered via posts you make, and you can specify which reward tier patrons get it, but if you want to send personalized stuff to each individual person, I think you have to do it via the private messages.
