Engine: RPG Maker MV
Synopsis: Initial characters are close friends and coworkers - both of which are miners in a fairly fruitful silver mine. One character, Rolland, does the vast majority of the heavy lifting and hitting work in the mines, while Vanessa provides magical assistance to miners in various ways, such as healing and warmth - however the player is not bound to keeping them in such roles. I expect to use Yanfly's Equipable Skills plugin and unlock all skills for use by all characters, allowing for any number of potential ways to play - from a pair of mages blasting apart enemies, to a pair of daring rogues stealing more than just your money.
Rolland's mining crew stumbled upon what at first seemed to be an unusual vein of silver, but found it to instead be a large silvery chest. Upon freeing it from the soil, they elect to open the chest, finding an unusual crystal being the only item within. A few days after locating the crystal, stranger and stranger happenings occur, eventually leading to the mine's closing for the safety of the miners. After a week passes by, a large object crashes down from space, but that's the least dangerous part...
Enjoy a tough game built on mechano-magic, where machines powered by the elements are commonplace!
Positions/Roles Needed: Artists are needed, for Icons especially, but also sprite designers and map creators. All empty roles fall under the umbrella of royalties being paid out based on work put in - as we begin to turn a profit on the work. Please disregard the free prefix, I wasn't particularly sure of which prefix would adequately cover 'royalties'.
Current estimate on needed icons: Let's say about 500, most of them being skill and icons. I have no idea what I'm saying just keep drawing to your heart's content, I'm horrible with estimating things.
As a parting thought, a few people reasonably good with game balance might be handy.
My Role(s)/Position(s): I find myself quite comfortable with storyboarding out things and managing events. I'll also be working on action sequences for skills (Yanfly's Action Sequence plugins), and handling smaller details on maps, such as lighting (I'm looking at Level No Matter's plugin as a possible pick)
