Could someone maybe help me make this auto tile look like actual leaves, instead of paint blotches?

I think the problem is that fallen leaves rarely cover the ground that thickly, except for the occasional drift of leaves.  And if you autotile them and draw large areas with it, then the various colours are going to come out looking like a pattern, not leaves that have fallen (at least a little) randomly.

Ah, as they are recoloured I can't test what this will look like, but you could try this by adding it to your ground tiles.  It may well be that even thought they are more sparse than your original, the pattern that you inevitably get if you want to tile seamlessly will mean that it's no use.  Still, I thought it might be worth a try.  see what you think.

You might need to adjust the contrast and/or saturation, depending on how your ground tile looks.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
