I am trying to set up Yanfly's Battle Engine Core with Action Sequences 1 & 2.

What I'm really trying to accomplish is for Special skills to use the equipped weapon attack animation and not have a casting animation. I've managed to figure out the scripting to do this with most skills, but I have one that is not working as intended.

It's supposed to do one attack against all enemies on the screen, however it plays twice - once with no casting animation as I've set that to 0, but the character doesn't use their weapon. Then, it repeats the all enemies attack with the correct animation.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

If you know you've made a mistake, it's better to Report your first post and ask the mods to move it. That way you don't need to worry about people responding to both threads :wink:

But it's not a big deal.

Proper localization into several languages on a commercial rpg project might be one of the best signs that the developer is super invested into making the game something high effort, because it ain't cheap to hire good translators.
6 hour drive back from Florida and I was able to plan out 6 mini game Common Events for my Game Jam entry, including a new one I hadn't thought of before. Also had some new ideas to improve what I already have and the post game options to continuing playing the mini games that you liked or didn't get to try. Pretty productive drive.
