help with certain clothes

Hello, can anybody help me make these clothes or help me find out where I can go to make them for one of my sprites

Not sure if the sprite is in rpg maker vx ace format but id like him be for that, Ive been trying to find out how to convert sprites to that format

Um not sure... I guess leave him like that so long as i can still be able to use him on rpg maker vx ace
