Help with character-stories

Hi there everyone!

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but here goes :

I'm pretty confident in my own abilities to write characters and character backgrounds, however I am only one person with my own set of values,rules,friends,inspirations,etc...

What I would like to ask is for some community members to create me a character bio for my project.
How do I envision this? Well like this ;

I give you a profession or class, sometimes a gender, and a single vice/virtue or ambition this character should have and wether this character will be NPC or party-member then let you run with it.

What do I expect? a character bio with a name, age, small backstory and personality.

At all times do I reserve the right to decide not to use the character you made.
(If I do you will appropriately be credited of course)

do you have a setting written out yet? you can't make a bio without a world to work with first.

@chungsie yes I have a world in which they fit, an overarching story in which that world finds itself (rough draft though) a cultural background in which characters could be formed etc.
So I could provide you with a rough national setting from which the character hails if that helps

I like to create characters with a broad view of the world to base pieces from.
