So i recently started working on an idea i had for the game i am creating.
It's mining ores to craft tools and better weapons the problem i have is when i begin to try to make a timer to control when the rocks can be mined again. for an example, when you begin to mine the rocks i have setup a way to make sure only the pickaxe at the ore level or above it can mine the ore using conditional branches. The else branch is used to display a message telling you that you do not have the proper pickaxe to mine this ore. What i can't seem to understand is when i exit the event after trying multiple ways to create a timer stopping you from mining the or for let's say 5 minuets it just begins mining the ore again and ignores the timer option. What am i doing wrong?
