Help with converting ACE project to MV

I have pre-ordered and now downloaded everything included in the email sent to me. I have been using Unity3D to create some games and tools for a while. However, now I want to check out RPG Maker MV since it can export to multi-platform. I have read the content that come with installed RPG Maker MV. and I want to start with a sample project to speed up my knowledge with MV. I found this ACE project called CRYSALIS. I downloaded the ACE Lit in hope of converting it to MV as seen on Youtube. However, I cann't open the project file and It said "Unexpected file formart".

Does it need RPG Maker VX ACE full version to open it? I don't want to buy VX ACE just to convert that 

Please anyone help converting it to MV!
