You will need a script to do that. I've never used them myself, but there is a master script list you can search "busts" for. The link to it is in this thread. http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/73-vxace-master-script-list/

You could probably also search "busts" in the script section of the forum.

edit: Oops! I'm so on autopilot with people using Ace, I failed to see you are using XP. Sorry about that.

The bust is never in the text message.


there are two ways to get something like your picture:


1) use the event commands to show a picture of your choice before placing the text message, and remove the picture after the message had been confirmed


2) add a script that automatically replaces a set face with an assigned bust picture


The option 2 has the problem that I know of no script repositionary for XP - there is only the master script list for Ace, and if you're using XP like you set in your profile, none of those scripts will work. You'll have to search for a script yourself.

no, it can and has been be done with XP - you just have to search for the solution for XP, most people around are focusing on Ace.
