And if the option is set to false, no skills of the secondary class will be learned? Is that what I get from what you said? Or will skills be learned no matter what?
No, the variable option is for features, not for skills.

Skills and features are not the same, although you can theoretically learn skills by features.

Just look at the element titles in the editor: features and skills are different areas, and you can see on the titles which options are affected by the skill.

Got it. So skills will be learned even if that option is set to false then? I'm getting it very slowly lol. Thanks for all your help. I'm slowly implementing it into the game.

If I use 5% of the secondary classes parameters, do you think the enemies from then on will have to be stronger? I'm trying to decide how to work that out.

No matter what values you use, you always have to playtest to find the balance.

The default values for enemies and classes can never be fully balanced, because the game difficulty also depends on what skills will be available against which enemy and where in the story progression the enemy is placed. And a troop of eight slimes is usually still stronger than a single rat, even if the rat has triple the values of a single slime.

So the default enemies are just half-balanced starting units, and you can never assume that they are fully balanced no matter what game you're making.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
