help with item upgrade slot plugin

for the item upgrade slot plugin, yes theres a tag to change the weapons name when using an upgrade, would it be better to have a new tag like to add on a upgrade item <add description text: bahbah> so then when you upgrade the sword (with no description) , the upgrade item would add bahbahbah to the weapons description., could someone edit the script to do this? because Yanfly wont!
